Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our company President. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance for him at both Headquarters and while traveling as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Act as the point of contact between President and internal/external clients
- Handle his incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in clerical tasks and office management
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience as a clerk or personal assistant is a plus
- Excellent calendar management and organizational skills

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
- Proven track record as a personal assistant with calendar management responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in clerical tasks and customer service
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
