@LifeatALKU as an Accounts Receivable Administrator:

The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Administrator is to maximize cash flow and reduce the accounts receivable delinquency.  Aim to work effectively with all necessary internal departments and to establish and maintain effective communication with the client base. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review aging reports weekly and be accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned client base.
  • Call on all outstanding balances over 30 days (or specified payment terms).
  • Provide customer service regarding collections issues.
  • Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.  
  • Participate in monthly aging reviews.
  • Escalate problem accounts to senior management and sales team when necessary to accelerate the collection process. 
  • Assist the Cash department with unidentified payments and on account payments.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with client-base as well as our sales and billing teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of all client-based projects on an as needed basis.
