Infant Assistant Teacher

Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering the social and cognitive development of each child. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote early childhood development - Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children aged 3-5 years old - Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs - Foster social skills, emotional well-being, and positive behavior management - Organize and supervise activities such as arts and crafts, storytime, music, and outdoor play - Monitor children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regarding their development - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience Experience: - Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education is preferred - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children - Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - First aid certification is a plus At our preschool, we offer competitive pay rates, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
