Site Safety Coordinator

AAL is seeking local Site Safety Coordinator In Redbluff, CA.

· Must have OSHA 30

· $28 - $30an hour

· Minimum of 6 to 8 months project could last longer

· Minimum of5 years verifiable safety experience (must submit resume to be considered)

· Preferred: NCCER, OSHA 500,510, CSST, first aid

RESPOBSIBILITIES

· Morning tool box talks

· Assist with executing our safety strategy and zero accident culture for the assigned business unit

· Ensure job site safety including training, documentation, audits, and reporting

· Assist in safety efforts by researching, planning, developing, and implementing programs and procedures necessary to meet compliance and safety needs

· Lead safety training for individuals and crews as needed

· Communicate to all parties in real time to ensure all safety matters are dealt with timely and accurately

· Maintain proper safety records and documentation and communicate to all levels of the organization as necessary

· Other duties, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred

· Previous safety experience in the construction field

· Formal safety training including OSHA within the construction industry

· Ability to identify and correct safety deficiencies in the field

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels in a construction environment

· Working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Clean and valid driver’s license

· Well-organized approach to constant changing working conditions and/or priorities

· Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record.

· Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
