All American Assisted Living, a Senior Living Community in Hillsborough, NJ serving the needs of Seniors in a home setting is interviewing for an Executive Director. Must have experience and be familiar with geriatrics, Alzheimer's and other cognitive conditions, in addition to holding a New Jersey CALA.
The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the implementation of policies, programs and the day-to-day operations of the Community. The ED also ensures compliance with all laws and regulations of governmental and accrediting agencies. Also responsible for Community performance including planning of goals, objectives and priorities following an organization-wide approach to the improvement of quality of care.
The Executive Director Monitors and evaluates staff performance at the Community, ensuring our consistently high standards are met. Develops and recommends necessary improvements required to meet the standards of care ensuring compliance with Resident census, but not limited to following budget, staffing, equipment needs, operating plans and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership position.
We offer a compensation package commensurate with your experience including production bonus, health care, PTO and 401K. No relocation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
