All American is looking for Lube Techs, Service Technicians, and Ford Technicians to join our growing service department! The responsibilities of a Service Technician include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.

Our dealership is in the heart of Odenville, just MINUTES from TRUSSVILLE and SPRINGVILLE. Directly off the interstate, our state of the art building features a massive, FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED service department, with state-of-the-art equipment.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:30-5:30, Every other Saturday 7:30-12:00

Service Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
  • Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Service Technician Requirements:

  • A Professional and Respectful Work Environment.
  • Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Pass a background check & drug screen
