Slot Tech

Job Description:

Employee is responsible for maintaining the integrity and operation of each slot machine on the casino floor or in slot shop. Employee also authorizes and verifies jackpots and fills according to the policies and procedures set forth by the company and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be legal to work in the US and at least 21 years of age.
  • Good moral character and reputation.
  • Must be able to obtain a New Mexico Gaming Control Board License.
  • Previous casino experience or experience in basic electronics is preferred but not required.
  • Legible handwriting; attention to detail; ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to complete work efficiently and accurately and to be able to multitask.
  • Ability to actively participate in the placing or moving of slot machines.
  • Ability to recognize and apply appropriate safety precautions when handling machinery.
  • Strong understanding of electronics.
  • Strong understanding of computers.
  • Able to lift between 35 to 100 lbs. continuously.

Education:

High School Education or GED

Salary:

Starting Rate = $13.00 per hour with progressive increases based on performance.
