Pest Control Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. Experience not required, willing to train the right person. After training period, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, assisting other techs and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a part-time seasonal job with potential to turn into full time with competitive pay.

Duties:

-Yard treatments and exterior maintenance
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Implement pest control plans based on the specific needs of each property
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including back pack sprayers, power tools and hand tools, to apply pesticides and other pest control treatments
- Educate customers on pest prevention measures and provide recommendations for long-term pest control

Experience:
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
