Full Job Description
We at All Cape Appliance are seeking a Full Time Professional Customer Service Representative for a family owned appliance company located in South Yarmouth, MA.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Attending phone calls
Replying to the emails received by the clients.
Planning and scheduling service calls with clients
Dispatching service calls with technicians via Computer
Planning and scheduling meetings.
Doing regular research and ensuring company's success
Using fax machines and scanners.
Regular interaction with all the staff members including technical department.
Maintain office files and documents.
Finding best solutions to overcome any hurdles in the company.
Proficiency in the following:
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Power Point
Quick Books
Social Media- You Tube- Face Book- Twitter
Bi- Lingual A Plus
