Looking for a janitorial Supervisor for a Medical environment and Commercial accounts located in Atlanta, GA. and surrounding areas. Must have experience in running a crew/team. Must be self-motivated & have reliable transportation. Must be able to drive results from crews, and manage performance. Janitorial experience is preferred.
Monday through Friday schedule, evening shifts. Some weekend assistance may be needed, not often.

The Supervisor is a full-time salary position that carries a nonexempt status in the department of Operations. The Supervisor reports directly to the Vice President of Medical Operations or the Ops/Portfolio Manager. He or she has key relationships with the following:
- Customers
- W-2 Employees (“Cleaners”)
- Office Manager
- Ops/Portfolio Manager
- Sr. Vice President of Operations
Job Summary:
The Supervisor Manager is responsible for facilitating communication with customers and cleaners while building long-term relationships to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
Cleaners
- Schedules and maintains Cleaners schedules in accordance to work specifications
- Ensures that positions are properly staffed
- Generates work schedules and reassigns workers to cover absences
- Submits overtime requests to the Portfolio Manager
- Evaluates newly hired employees to determine continued employment beyond the introductory
Payroll
- Manage payroll for all Cleaners. Submit payroll by the appointed deadline to the Portfolio Manager
- Maintains attendance records and other pertinent personnel data
Equipment and Supplies
- Allocates enough equipment and supplies for performance assignments
- Maintains records of supply delivery and consumption
- Oversees storage of supplies in individual storage areas and main storeroom
- Monitors and identifies equipment in need of repair
- Reports equipment malfunctions immediately
Safety
- Instructs workers, individually and in groups, in safety and work practices
- Directs workers in use, storage and care of materials and equipment
- Reports accidents and prepares safety incident reports immediately to be reported to HR
Evaluation
- Performs periodic evaluations of employee performance
- Observes employee strengths and weaknesses and recommends corrective action when necessary
- Issues employee warnings and reprimands with the Portfolio Manager’s approval
Inspections
- Inspects all projects prior to, during and following work performance
- Conducts CleanTelligent written inspections of all service areas (e.g., tenant areas, restrooms, common areas, and equipment storage areas)
-Completes and maintains quality inspection reports
Other
- Must be able to Shampoo , Buff , and Wax Floors
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Portfolio Manager

Compensation
- $45,000.00 to $50,000.00
