Content Development: Craft and manage engaging digital content across various channels, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to track performance, monitor trends, and analyze customer behavior, driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain online customer engagement strategies to build relationships and enhance loyalty.
Technology Integration: Work closely with the technology team to integrate digital tools and platforms, optimizing the online customer experience.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors' strategies, ensuring that All Fleet Inc remains innovative and competitive.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all digital initiatives comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: In Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital strategy or a related role, preferably in the transportation or fleet management industry.
Skills: Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and innovatively, bringing new ideas and solutions to the table.
Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
