About us

All Florida Medical Waste and Document Shredding is a family owned business. We are looking for a part time driver 30 hours per week to move to full time to transport medical waste and document shredding from doctor's offices, clinics, surgery centers, and more. Looking for personable and friendly drivers with a great attitude.

Position Description Driver travels between customer facilities providing on-site placement and collection of waste containers (based on the customer contract - Sharps, 40 gallon box, 96 gallon container, etc. ) through a healthcare facility.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required
• Must pass a background check and DL check
• Proven strong organization and planning skills
• High integrity individuals who present professional image through effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent team building and collaborative skills; ability to develop strong customer relationships
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and GPS.
• Ability to move 75 pounds unassisted
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 75 pounds with appropriate equipment
• Physical stamina
• Two or more years of industry related experience as a service specialist or driver preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with little supervision.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work varied shifts
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no DUI or excessive points). Must know how to drive a 16-24' box truck.
