Yacht Sales Professional

All Florida Yachts Sales is a Professional Yacht/Boat Sales Brokerage based out of Florida looking to expand our amazing team in response to our success, our 5-star reputation and the latest 271% increase in our industry. We are seeking "Go Getters" to join our sales team. This role is very unique and will provide you with the opportunity to realistically find financial freedom for your long-term future while having fun as you do it!

Boating/Boat/Yacht Industry & Sales Experience is *NOT* required, however you must be open to working hard, have the willingness to learn, be respectful and punctual. *2-week trial period with 90-day probation period

The Role

The following scenario below will cover most of what you can expect in the role of a "Yacht/Boat Sales Professional":

You will start your day prospecting & offering our professional services to people selling their boats/yachts. The different platforms that you typically prospect through is via:

• Online (OfferUp, Craigslist, Forums, BoatTrader, YachtWorld, Boats.com, and Others)
• Social media (Facebook Marketplace, LinkedIn, Instagram, Forums, and Others)
• Your Personal/Professional/Referral Network

Once you have interested prospects you will be trained by the best to:

• Offer our services strategically while also setting proper expectations for prospects.
• Schedule complimentary visits to yachts/boats to where you will meet and learn more about them and the owner. Capture all the important information necessary in order to set yourself up for success and build a listing accurately, professionally and complete.
• Take High Resolution Photos & Videos of yachts/boats at homes, properties, marinas, and other places.
• Learn the systems we use to communicate, post, list & manage listings.
• Be available to visit with interested buyers and provide showings in a professional & punctual manner while having the ability to take good notes and capture necessary information.
• Close deals through our proven process and reputation. Embrace teamwork and be open to receiving support from our outstanding Sales & Administration team.
• Maintain great communication with your team as requested and most importantly learn the skill of "Active Listening"
• Ride along on Sea-Trial (test drives) of Yachts/Boats

Other

-There is no salary attached to this position; it is strictly commission based. Therefore, we do not provide any base pay for this position.

-Work office will be onsite at our boat lot

-Drive to visits, listings, and showings in your vehicle. At times, there may be a company vehicle available but not guaranteed.

-Bilingual is a plus

-Truck preferred (for moving boats around the lot and boat ramp runs)

-Must be able to use a computer, phone & systems for normal operations.

-Organization is a huge plus and advantage in our industry.

-You will be required to obtain a FL Yacht Sales License (This option may potentially be covered by the company but it is case-by-case and can be discussed during the interview process.
