Tax, Title & License Administrator
Job Duties:
- File Management (Ex: New Customer Form/Credit)
- Internal Data Management (Ex: Lightyear System)
- External Data Management (Ex: External Vendor/Customer Systems/Audit Support)
- Daily Customer and Vendor Communications
- Customer Invoicing
- Reporting
- Overall Customer Experience Management
- Prepares tax and title documents
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
- Process Out-of-State title and tax.
- Follow up on missing titles.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Monitor and track to receive all Titles.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processed and outstanding titles.
- Process title and vehicle registration
- Apply for duplicates titles
- Checks for accuracy in paperwork and ensure all information is correct
- Call bank for lien releases
- Detail-orientated individual with written & oral communication skills
- Ability to multi -task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Valid driver’s license required
- Customer service experience
- Business, sales, or marketing experience preferred
- Previous fleet sales or automotive sales experience a plus
- Some mathematical abilities required
- Strong communication skills
- Tax, title and licensing experience a plus
- Must be able to sit 90% of the day
- Associates degree preferred but not required
