Automotive Service Advisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of automotive experience.
• Broad scope of automotive mechanical knowledge a plus
• SHOPWARE repair program experience a PLUS!!
• Friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Willingness to learn.
• A desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment.
• Ability to multi-task and follow tasks as assigned.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-Starter and Self-Motivator.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Answer Phones & Greet Customers.
• Take & Apply Customer Payments To RO's.
• Receive Parts From Vendors And Check The Receiving Invoice For Accuracy.
• Receive Parts Into ShopWare.
• Give Parts To Technicians In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
• Ensure All Vendor Invoices, Credit Card Receipts And Checks Have An Assigned RO#.
• Track Cores & Other Parts Returns As Needed.
• Ensure All Returns Are Processed And Credits Are Received.
• Assist The Controller And Service Advisors As Needed.
• Float Between Our Escondido and Oceanside Location As Needed.

Pay is 100% determined by your experience and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
