What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at All German Auto?
All German Auto is the industry leading repair shop not just in San Diego county but throughout Southern California. Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive experience.
- Broad scope of automotive mechanical knowledge a plus
- SHOPWARE repair program experience a PLUS!!
- Friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
- Customer service and cash handling experience required.
- Willingness to learn.
- A desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment.
- Ability to multi-task and follow tasks as assigned.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self-Starter and Self-Motivator.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Answer Phones & Greet Customers.
- Take & Apply Customer Payments To RO's.
- Receive Parts From Vendors And Check The Receiving Invoice For Accuracy.
- Receive Parts Into ShopWare.
- Give Parts To Technicians In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
- Ensure All Vendor Invoices, Credit Card Receipts And Checks Have An Assigned RO#.
- Track Cores & Other Parts Returns As Needed.
- Ensure All Returns Are Processed And Credits Are Received.
- Assist The Controller And Service Advisors As Needed.
- Float Between Our Escondido and Oceanside Location As Needed.
Pay is 100% determined by your experience and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
