Position Summary: The Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in understanding, promoting, and supporting our products. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert, providing valuable insights to customers and internal teams. Daily Responsibilities and Functions:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Provide world-class service for our customers.
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates promptly.
- Assist customers through the full purchasing process.
- Facilitate customer communication and sales.
- Coordinate Internal communication regarding products and orders
- Participate in ongoing product training.
- Provide a friendly and professional environment where all employees can succeed.
- Assist with other responsibilities and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Specialist or similar role.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for staying informed about industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product-focused role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
