THE BAYSHORE ON HHI is recruiting for a hospitality focused Hospitality and Experience Manager. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting primarily Villa residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. 

This position will require a 10a-7p schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, and assisting the community in coverage for special events and holidays  

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Hospitality and Experience Manager:

 

  • Primarily assigned to manage the hospitality and experiences of our villa members, and deliver a concierge approach to retirement living in welcoming them to their villa, explaining services available to them, and how to access those services and staff members who will deliver them. Also help orient them to the Hilton Head area as needed with restaurants, service providers,etc.
  • Provide prompt assistant through email and telephone coverage, company cell phone will be provided
  • Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that extraordinary experiences are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Neutralize difficult situations from escalating into further issues.
  • Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by daily walk throughs, residents and staff
  • Assist the Executive Director and Director of Sales as needed with projects pertaining to both the Villas and Main Apartments of The Bayshore on HHI.
  • Valet transportation utilizing the community golf cart to bring members from their residences to the clubhouse or main building as request
  • Facilitating engagement opportunities, and spending time with our members to find how we can better their experience, or create new opportunities for them to thrive
  • Connecting members to the right staff member at the right time for needed services

 

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service, and create an environment of hospitality
  • Must demonstrate excellent follow up through in person communication, email and telephone skills to meet the need of that particular member or guest
