All Lines Technology is a leading IT service provider that offers managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and consulting across SMB and Enterprise clients. We are looking for a vCIO (virtual Chief Information Officer) to join our rapidly growing AllManage team and help us deliver strategic IT guidance, planning, and support to our customers.
As a vCIO, you will be responsible for the following:
As a vCIO, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and understanding their business goals and IT needs.
- Conducting regular IT assessments and audits to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Creating and presenting IT roadmaps, budgets, and proposals that align with the client's vision and objectives.
- Providing ongoing IT guidance, support, and training to clients and their staff.
- Collaborating with the AllManage technical team and vendors to ensure the optimal performance and security of the client's IT infrastructure and systems.
- Staying updated on the latest IT trends, best practices, and solutions.
- Participating in pre sales engineering activities and demonstrating the value of AllManage's services and solutions to potential clients.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in IT management, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, collaboration, business intelligence, and business applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, provide solutions across multiple customer environments.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or relevant technologies are a plus.
