Vacation Rental Specialist

All Mountain Rentals is a local, professional property rental agency looking for an enthusiastic individual to work 32 hours per week as a Vacation Rental Specialist. Willinging to obtain a NH Real Estate License is preferred. Candidate must have strong customer service skills, be detailed oriented with strength in multi-tasking, have knowledge of reservation software as well as microsoft word, excel. Some accounting experience is preferred. Critical thinking skills and self-motivation in daily routines is highly desired.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversee Front Desk
• Reservation Software Management
• Listing Vacation Rental Properties
• Assist with end of month Owner Statements
• Submit Monthly Lodging Tax
• Property Management Control with Owners and Tenants
• Organizing Owner Paperwork and Files
• Answering Phone, Emails and Administration.
• Assist General Manager when needed
• This position will require some weekends

For NH Real Estate Licensed Agents: All Mountain Rentals pays for renewal fees when active with All Mountain Rentals. Candidate will reimburse on classes and passed test once NH Real Estate License is obtained.

This is a salaried position plus Vacation Rental Monthly Bonus with your NH Real Estate License.
