What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Janitor position at All Pro Building Maintenance?
Building Maintenance Company based in Kent, WA has an immediate need for a part-time (6 hours a week) janitor. We are looking for someone who is dependable, responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
Requirements:
Must be legally able to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to learn quickly and complete work without supervision.
Dress Code:
Casual, closed-toe shoes (preferably boots)
Long pants
All Pro shirt
Duties:
General cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms and other duties as assigned in the course of general cleaning activities.
Hours: 3.5 hours a night. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
