All Roads Kubota in Bel Air has a fantastic opportunity for an Sales Representative to join our team! This role will focus on the sales and promoting construction, lawn & garden equipment including large machinery through hand held equipment. The ideal candidate will have exposure to many different brands (Kubota, Exmark, Ferris, Echo, Wright...). Assist customers on site as well as generate new leads. This is a full time benefits eligible role with a base salary plus commission. Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm and rotating Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm.

- Be familiar with Kubota, Exmark, Ferris, Echo and Wright
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and qualify potential customers by telephone and premise visits.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
- Work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
- All other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
