Are you customer-focused, energetic and friendly? Kenworth of Delmarva is searching for an experienced Service Advisor (heavy duty preferred). You will be the first point of contact with our customers. This role helps manage the center of communications for all repair activities and acts as a liaison between customers and the dealership. You will be well versed in automotive/mechanical service matters and thoroughly understand the customer's problems to set and manage expectations. We want the customer to receive first-class service at our dealership.
