All Screens is looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the business. The ideal candidate should have customer service skills, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Knowledge with social media platforms and how to use them to promote a business. This person will assist the Office Manager. This position would be Monday through Friday from 9-5.
Job Duties Include:
-Taking phone calls
-Maintaining customer data base
-Scheduling appointments
-Greeting customers
-Coordinating with vendors
-Invoicing
-Emailing
-Marketing Projects (such as creating posts for social media pages)
-Creating work orders
-Creating quotes
-Assisting with other office projects
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills
-Organized
-Detail oriented
-Ability to multi-task
-Basic Math
Qualifications:
-High School graduate
-Proficiency Microsoft office
-Knowledge of social media platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
