The Opportunity
We are looking to hire a Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver to join our Senior Living Team. This position is responsible for driving our residents to appointments or events. This position will also be assisting our Director of Life Enrichment with coordinating and facilitating activities and events for residents, both inside and outside the community. These activities are designed to promote resident���s creativity, physical and mental well-being, and socialization. The right person will be dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident, while always acting in an empathetic and compassionate manner. Above all else; the Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver must have an unparalleled passion for service in order to display a commitment of excellence that interprets the All Seasons vision and brand.
Key Functions
- Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities and events to minimize resident solidarity and promote a positive community environment
- Driving residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events
- Provide administrative duties to support the Life Enrichment team
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Commercial Driver���s License Class A or B, with P endorsement
- Clean driving record
- One to two years coordinating and conducting group activities preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including resident parcels and/or personal mobility equipment (i.e. walkers)
- Able to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background check
