Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspections and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our reputation for excellence.
Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or deviations from specifications
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or areas of improvement in the quality control process
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and generate reports for management review
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
Experience:
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques, tools, and equipment
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot even minor defects or deviations
- Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and problem-solving
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and report generation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
