Educate the customer on their glass needs
Turning customer inquiries and request for automotive glass replacement into scheduled appointments
Duties:
Schedule auto glass repairs and replacements
Ordering Glass
Interacting with customers, insurance carriers, and agencies
Processing insurance billing
Inventory and more
A professional, confident phone manner with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
