POSITION SUMMARY

Build and manage a professional, well trained, safe and loyal work force. Ensure Projects are completed profitably. Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Quality Control.

COMPENSATION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • Computer skills -proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Valid Driver’s License CPR/First Aid (current certifications)
  • OSHA 10/30 certifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry leadership experience to include paint/wallcovering/specialty coatings
  • Extensive knowledge of paint/wallcovering/specialty coatings
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and lead a crew of approximately 40 employees

ABOUT THE COMPANY

With over 25 years of successful commercial and multi-story residential construction and with our extensive scope of work capability, inclusive of metal framing, drywall, EIFS, painting and specialty coatings, we deliver a complete and quality package to General Contractors and Building Owners across the Northwest and Alaska.

WORK LOCATION:

  • Post Falls, ID (Spokane/Coeur d’Alene Area)
  • Region of Responsibility (Eastern WA, North ID, West MT, Eastern OR)
