Our dynamic and growing General Contracting company (located in Orange Park, FL) has an immediate opening in our Property Maintenance/Facilities division for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep. This position will work to provide superior customer service and be the support person for our Office Manager.
Responsible for taking calls from customers and creating job orders/service call tickets following up on work orders that are complete and organizing information from work orders to prepare customer billing. Support field personnel (carpenters, tile, paint, property maintenance techs) with time cards and job slips. Prior office work in a Multi-family (apartment complex) environment a real plus. Great opportunity for someone to advance to the next level who has worked in a Construction office.
M-F schedule 8:00am-5:00pm. Must be dependable. Able to work in an open and fast-paced office. Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
