What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Collateral position at all1019?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Set up collateral documentation tracking/exception items in Sageworks.
- Process recording of lien instruments for new/renewal loans in Lien Solutions.
- Set up tax monitoring for real estate loans with Accumatch.
- Process incoming mail from postal service, interoffice, and email for clearing exceptions.
- Analyze Lien Solution reports for lien expirations and continuations.
- Process paid loan files, release of appropriate liens and mail to customer.
- Assist with regulatory, internal and external audit requests.
- Responds to email and telephone communication as needed to support lending staff.
Work related experience must consist of Loan Operations department or Lending Assistant with processing/preparing loan documentation to secure commercial, consumer and real estate loans. Educational experience, through formal school or financial industry related curriculum, is required to be applicable to the financial industry.
