Job Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to the residents at Lock Haven Rehab. This includes but is not limited to the dispensing of medication, wound care, collection of laboratory samples, patient assessments and charting.
