Under the direction of the Equipment Manager & Transporation Manager the Transporation Administrator coordinates activities between field management, other departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors and other parties including regulatory and municipal/state agencies. The primary focus of this position is maintaining compliance. Conducts all work in accordance with Allan Myers policies, procedures, and programs.
- Obtains Vehicle Registrations & titling in addition to maintaining current vechicle registrations.
- Managing EZ Pass Compliance, assigning EZ pass to vehicles & managing violations.
- Assigns vehicles to employees; maintains correct assignments in related databases.
- Collects & reviews weekly timesheets.
- Runs and analyzes standardized reports
- Interacts in person, via phone and correspondence with other Allan Myers departments, vendors, and regulatory and municipal entities to request or provide information.
- Assists in the invoice approval process.
- Maintains excellent customer satisfaction levels with external and internal customers.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Education/Certification:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Continuing education in construction highly desirable.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ project management administration or construction experience preferred.
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
- Valid drivers license required
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience with construction applications a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented, punctual, and work well within a team.
- Experience with MVA, vehicle titling & registration is preferred
