Office Assistant: part-time up to 20 hours per week
This position will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and other related tasks including but not limited to assisting with reception, recruitment, scheduling, and records management across all departments within the agency. This position is fully in person.
Essential Functions:
Act as the supporting back-up for receptionist as needed.
Professionally field and direct incoming calls.
Receive, sort, process and forward incoming/outgoing postal mail.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Data entry and other clerical duties across all agency departments.
Maintain office supply inventory.
Maintain supply of agency forms available.
Maintain high level of confidentiality.
Requirements:
High level of interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service focus.
Clear understanding of Agency mission.
Driver's license
Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience and/or equivalent training required.
