Residential Facilities Coordinator
Job Posting for Residential Facilities Coordinator at Alleghenies Unlimited Care Providers
The Residential Program Facilities Coordinator will maintain facility operations of each home or site, through the coordination of maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, grounds care and other building systems.
We are seeking a candidate that is able:
- Maintain homes and schedule repairs to ensure work is correct within time frame and budget.
- Clean and tracks performance of agency Vehicles and Equipment.
- To maintain clear records on work performed, acquires and monitors bids from outside contractors.
- Participles in Emergency Preparedness Planning
- Adheres to agency's policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of dependability and punctuality.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 yrs old
- Posses a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in building construction, janitorial, or maintenance work
- Possession of a valid drivers license and access to a private vehicle with a favorable driving record
- Must submit to preemployment physical exam, drug screen, and all federal and state background check.
