Our client, a leading company in the civil engineering industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Orlando, FL. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale infrastructure projects that significantly impact the community.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee all phases of project development, including design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, costs, and quality.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🏫 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional engineering license (PE) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water systems, and other public works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
