Allegiance Staffing is seeking for a Fabricator Painter Helper for a structural steel fabrication shop

Where: Thomasville, NC

Shift: 1st shift- Monday – Thursday 6a-430p and Friday 6a-330pm

Pay: $15.00 DOE

Temp to Hire

Fabricator Painter Helper requirements:
  • Hand eye coordination
  • Ability to follow instructions and work individually at a fast pace
  • Ability to work in a non-controlled temperature environment
  • Ability to operate overhead crane
  • Ability to performer duties such as sanding parts prior to applying next coating of paint, taping/masking off steel
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds required
  • Good attendance and positive attitude are required
  • Ability to work in a close team environment under minimal supervision
  • Must be reliable
Fabricator Painter Helper position responsibilities:
  • To ensure parts are painted and loaded according to instructions
  • To ensure lines are filled at all times
  • Use of overhead crane is required

  • Must complete Drug screening
  • Must be able to start immediately
