POSITION TITLE: Pharmacy Operator
DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing
REPORTS TO: Supervisor Manufacturing
POSITION OBJECTIVE: To weigh and blend raw materials for use in tablet formation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Utilize scales and balances to accurately weigh materials
· Accurately label each material
· Move raw material pallets into and out of facility
· Document all activities in Master Production Records
· Complete activities within established time frames
· Clean and maintain equipment and production rooms
· Communicate any deviations to Supervisor
· Provide additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Prior pharmaceutical experience preferred but, will train as needed
· Ability to perform basic math, reading, writing.
· Lifting up to 40 pounds
· Pallet jack use
