What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Food Runner position at Allegra California Café?
Allegra California Café is looking for an energetic Busser/Runner to work Fridays and Saturdays 5pm - 9pm. Responsibilities include greeting & seating guests, preparing beverage orders, running food, refilling beverages & table maintenance. Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Greet & seat guests
- Place tableware and condiments on tables
- Prepare, serve & refill beverages, as needed
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Requirements
- Work experience as a Busser and/or Food Runner preferred
- Must be available to work 5pm - 9pm Friday and Saturday, including holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Sufficient English to communicate with guests
