SUMMARY Translate corporate goals into departmental executable action plans in a cross-functional environment; manage Back-End (Assembly and Final Test) factory execution for both internal factories and external subcons; ensure Weekly Build Plan supports Master Production Scheduling and Revenue plan; solve/escalate any supply gaps; manage factory performance; set and lead improvement plans; ensure overall MRP integrity; support ENG build requirements as Backend Planning Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the timely and accurate development and completion of business projects associated with production plans, inventory and capacity planning. Manage the RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) model to ensure weekly Build Plan/ monthly S&OP is capacity feasible to support MPS; Develop a process to proactively solve/ escalate gaps. Partner with Sourcing and Engineering teams on sourcing decision Initiate Capex discussion to support overall demands. Work with factories for loading optimization and Factory On-Time Delivery performance. NRE/Prototype/Engineering build management (including purchasing documents). Partner with Sourcing and Engineering teams to conduct Strategic Business Reviews at subcons/ Internal factories. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management of related field of study 10 year prior experience in materials management analysis, or materials and capacity planning, preferably in the semiconductor industry High level of interpersonal skills Detail oriented and data quality conscious Able to work independently and efficiently on various assignments under pressure; self-motivated.
