The Allen Law Firm, a leader in protecting the injured for generations, is seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting to lead the execution of strategic financial initiatives of the Firm. Based in our Richmond, VA office, this role will provide leadership and strategic direction of department policies and procedures in support of the Firm's goals and objectives, including cost effectiveness, responsiveness to both management and employees, and attraction and retention of a highly qualified, motivated and effective team. Successful candidates are conditioned to fast-paced working environments and deliver highly accurate and detail-oriented results.
