Service Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced relationship-based Service Dispatcher for our Rutland, VT location. You will work with a great group of employees. You will assist with all aspects of ensuring our current customers have a positive experience with our Service Department and getting their hot tub, swim spa, sauna, or other products serviced by our company.

A Service Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, prioritizing, and dispatching service calls to field technicians or service personnel. They play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that service requests are handled promptly and efficiently. This role involves effective communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

· You are a quick learner and can retain trouble shooting knowledge to relay to the customer.

· You are aware that efficiency is key and bring that mindset into your route planning for our Service Technicians.

Additional Requirements for the position:

· Full-time with a 40-50 hours per week
