Responsibilities
Perform various clerical and administrative duties
Ensuring repair orders are closed correctly and review / resolve discrepancies in cash / credit card payments received the day prior
Check loaner vehicles in and out to customers and ensure proper documentation of vehicle state
Assist in answering phone lines for service advisors and service manager
Follow up with customers to confirm completion of work and satisfaction with their experience
Utilize manufacturer survey tool to reach out to customers and encourage them to leave a positive review
Help the Service Advisors, Service Manager, and Warranty Administrator as needed
Qualifications
Automotive experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3 years of clerical or administrative support experience
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Advanced computer software skills
Experience using general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity
