Clean Energy Analyst
The Alliance for Clean Energy New York (ACE NY), a 501c3 organization, seeks a full-time Clean Energy Analyst in our Albany, NY office. The position requires 1-3 years of work experience in the energy, environmental, or public policy field or a graduate degree in a relevant field, and ideally both. The Clean Energy Analyst will assist ACE NY’s staff in our clean energy advocacy work, with a focus on tracking implementation of New York’s climate policies (as required in the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act); working on transportation electrification policies; and assisting with the planning and execution of various events on clean energy topics for our member companies and organizations. In addition to strong organizational, writing, and communication skills, a strong candidate will also have relevant experience, a demonstrated interest in public policy and/or sustainable energy issues, and the ability to work independently.
