Senior Front Office Specialist
Summary: The Senior Front Office Specialist (SFS) will travel between clinics within their partner group observing, supporting, and assisting current Front Office Coordinators (FOCs) with Alliance front office policies and procedures. They will also train new FOC hires and provide front office coverage when the need arises. During the coverage period, they will also assess and evaluate the front office they are covering at, indicating areas of improvement recommendations. When not covering at clinics, the SFS will travel to clinics, assigned by their RFOM.
