Seeking a highly motivated and organized operations assistant to perform administrative duties at Alliance Restaurant Group. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling management meetings, staff meetings, maintenance appointments, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of management. Other duties include ordering supplies and materials, tracking deliveries, ensuring maintenance requests and jobs are completed, and coordinating vendor invoicing and payment. To ensure success as an operations assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrate experience in an executive administrative capacity. Accomplished operations assistants are intuitive to the needs of management and employees at all five restaurant locations. Experience in the restaurant and service industry is not required, but preferred.
Operations Assistant Responsibilities:
-Reporting to senior management and performing administrative duties.
-Maintaining databases and internal records.
-Liaising with customers, management, employees, contractors, and vendors.
-Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
-Scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
-Ordering supplies and managing mail and delivery services.
-Monitoring management's email and responding on their behalf if required.
-Taking notes and recording minutes during meetings.
-Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
