What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Technician position at Alliance Solutions Group?
ASG is currently partnered with a local food manufacturing company who is looking to add to their quality team.
Compensation: $ 15.00
Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Location: Solon, Ohio
Primary Job Duties:
- Inspect and sign off all In-process products.
- Inspect products and packaging and compare to specification sheets when applicable.
- Communicating quality standards, monitoring, coaching, enforcing systems; policies and procedures.
- Verifying/Inspecting production machines after cleaning.
- Verifying machines after cleaning.
- Survey the production area and the roasting room.
- Monitor/Verify all Metal Detectors and X-ray Machines.
- Environmental Swabbing for micro organisms on machinery and plant floor.
- Conduct various chemical tests. (Free Fatty Acid, Salt Testing)
- Verify product weight management.
- Monitor/Verify production’s product seals and nitrogen test.
- Conducts pick tests/mix percentages of products (when applicable).
- Collect and maintain all retention samples.
- Review, organize, and file all QA & Production paperwork in a neat and organized manner
- Collect and maintain all temperature sensitive information; Refrigerators, Data Logger, thermometers and
- Review all Production/Quality records prior to positive releasing products.
- Data entry of pertinent quality system information.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a laboratory, testing or quality environment
