Optical Gas Imaging-Field Technician

Role and Responsibilities

• Communicate findings with Alliance manager and customer representatives both verbally and in written reports
• Properly calibrate and maintain all monitoring equipment
• Perform daily operational checks of survey equipment
• Verifying with instruments the repair to leaks was successful
• Closure of completed surveys

Travel: mobility and flexibility is required for this position. Travel will be required on a weekly basis. The majority of Leak Surveys OGI measurement sites are in oil and gas production fields and are often in relatively rural locations in various areas of the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Optical Gas Imaging is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Familiarity with oil and gas production equipment is also a plus.
• Maintenance Mechanics for oilfield related equipment may be applicable candidates.
• Pumpers & Operators for tanks, batteries, compressor stations or gas plants may be applicable candidates.

Schedule:

• 5 Days- 8 Hour Shifts
• 4 Days- 10 Hour Shifts
• Monday-Friday w/ weekend travel capabilities as needed

Work Location: On the road

In compliance with applicable Pay Transparency laws, Alliance Technical Group provides a range of compensation for job postings within locations that have these requirements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The pay range for this role is $20-$25 per hour (DOE).
