As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Sourcer coordinates the implementation of the alliantgroup’s research needs. The Sourcer supports the Recruiters with candidate sourcing and prescreening knowledge as well as other employment practices of alliantgroup. This role builds the capability of the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of staffing plans, hiring and retention practices. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives to prospective talent pools Partner with recruiters in headcount planning and forecasting future recruiting needs Create and implement employment marketing and branding strategies through social media and networks to attract passive talent. Perform research to make sure alliantgroup’s Talent Acquisition team remains on the cutting edge in order to bring in the best talent Utilize social media outlets in order to spread the word of the alliantgroup brand Research trends in technology, competitors, and upcoming career fairs and events Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from accredited university Strong Excel skills Strong experience scheduling and using MS Outlook Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience Experience working within an Applicant Tracking system Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Comfortable with LinkedIn and other social media outlets Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Competitive, motivated, and inspired to work in a high performance culture where success and hard work is HIGHLY rewarded!
