Job Description: Community Maintenance Technician Position Available (City) -- Excellent Career Opportunity.

We currently have an opening for an experienced full time Community Maintenance Technician for a property in (Location). A positive, can do attitude is a must!

Industry Training, growth within the company and more. General Duties:
Groundskeeping
Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances
Turnovers of units
Building and Common Area Maintenance
Being available on-call, on a rotating basis, for emergency calls
Working towards electrical technician license (O7B)
Requirements:
Education/Experience: High School education or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Training in some or all the following areas, a plus: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, air conditioning, and appliance repair
Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, invoices, specification sheets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
