Allied Restoration is a general contractor that performs Insurance Restoration work (fires, water damage, plumbing emergencies, etc.). We specialize in serving celebrities and high net worth individuals and their families. Our staff and management is trained in the same service techniques utilized by other premier service brands that cater to these incredible people and we pride ourselves on training our staff and vendors to play at that same elite level.
This is a demanding position that will be paid based on experience. Employees who join our team stay for years. Our selection process is rigorous but once someone joins our tribe, they almost never leave. This is not a temp to hire position. We are looking for a superstar and will pay our ideal candidate top dollar based on experience and qualifications per hour as well as full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant to Operations Manager to help with purchasing, paperwork, reporting, permits and other construction related activities.
- Scheduling of crews and vendors to respond rapidly with urgency and intention.
- Managing expectations of property owners and their representatives.
- Submitting invoices at the end of each project to all representatives as needed.
- Billing files and assisting with collection efforts following the claim (with insurance and mortgage companies.
- Provide the baddest ass customer service ever known to humankind.
Qualifications:
- Drivers License with good record
- Technology adept (office applications)
- Experience working in construction or disaster restoration and mitigation space is a plus but not required.
- Alternative experience: Hospitality or Customer Service.
- Master of your To Do list.
- Detail oriented person.
- Outstanding Customer Service - You should be someone that everyone loves to be around.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
