Summary:
Allied Stone is seeking an Order Processing Manager to lead and motivate a team of 6-10 Order Entry Specialists. Serving as a coach, trainer, and liaison to clients and internal leadership, they will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate entry of new projects and orders and driving successful customer transactions for our Countertop Stone Division. The ideal candidate must possess energy, the skills to properly sequence competing priorities, and a sense of urgency to accomplish assigned and ad hoc deliverables. They will be an engaged leader and a change champion, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and provide solutions for our internal and external customers.

Leadership:

Develop and implement effective KPI’s to measure and improve accountability; provide clarity regarding inefficiencies and drive the overall performance of operations

Act as a clear advocate for the customer and as a steward for the company, following up to ensure the expectations of internal and external customers are exceeded

Identify systemic business issues and leverage team expertise and problem-solving tools to identify root-causes; effectively manage and implement countermeasures to drive a sustainable business advantage

Ensure order quotations are completed in an accurate, complete, and timely manner

Maintain data integrity by verifying and correcting data as needed

Lead by example and perform work in a professional manner

Provide consistent feedback to the team and individuals; serve as a coach and mentor.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
-
4 years of experience leading a team of 10 employees in a data and/or metrics-driven environment; call center, customer service, operations, or administrative leadership preferred

Construction, Building Materials, Installation industry preferred

Experience interacting with builders and subcontractors strongly preferred

Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required

Home builder software experience is ideal (Hyphen, Procore, Capterra, Smartsheet etc.…)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated experience surveying the status quo, driving continuous improvement, and presenting strategic solutions

Strong understanding of the impact of customer perception on current and future business
